Welcome to the Florida Electric Power Coordinating Group (FCG) Environmental Committee

The Florida Electric Power Coordinating Group, Inc. (FCG) Environmental Committee is the umbrella organization in the State of Florida which represents member investor-owned electric utilities, rural electric cooperatives, and municipal electric utilities on environmental issues affecting the electric utility industry. The FCG Environmental Committee has been in existence since 1972, and currently has 28 members.

Florida Municipal Power Agency, Gainesville Regional Utilities, Gulf Power Company, JEA, Lakeland Electric, City of Lake Worth Utilities, OUC, Duke Energy, Reedy Creek Energy Services, Seminole Electric Cooperative, City of Tallahassee, Tampa Electric Company, City of Vero Beach

FCG Environmental Committee Associate Members:
Central Florida Electric Cooperative, Escambia River Electric Cooperative, Florida Public Utilities Company, Glades Electric Cooperative, Homestead Energy Services, Kissimmee Utility Authority, Ocala Electric Utility, Okefenoke Rural Electric Membership, Peace River Electric Cooperative, PowerSouth Energy Cooperative, Sumter Electric Cooperative, Tri-County Electric Cooperative, Withlacoochee Electric Cooperative.

The FCG has contracted with the Florida Reliability Coordinating Council (FRCC) to perform administrative services to the FCG.
